City of Greenwood Village, et al., Case No. 07CV6647. This lawsuit involved a slip and fall on a sidewalk. Andy and Marni filed a Motion to Dismiss pursuant to Governmental Immunity. Without even the need for a Trinity hearing, the Motion to Dismiss was granted and the City of Greenwood Village was dismissed from the lawsuit. This case is one example of many in which this firm successfully obtained dismissal of a lawsuit pursuant to governmental immunity.
