Andrew Nathan and Marni Nathan Kloster represented the City of Northglenn in that appeal. A property owner had filed a lawsuit in the Colorado Federal District Court against the City related to municipal court proceedings for littering. The plaintiff made a variety of allegations against the City. Judge Zeta Weinshienk dismissed all the plaintiff’s claims and the 10th Circuit upheld the judge’s decision.
