Tim began his undergraduate education at the University of North Dakota. After obtaining his pilot’s license in pursuit of a commercial aviation degree, he decided to transfer back to his home state where he completed his education at Colorado State University receiving his B.S.B.A. in Management with minors in Spanish and Economics. After graduation from CSU, he remained in Fort Collins for two years where he was a department manager at a local background checking firm. Tim received his legal education from the University of Denver where he was active with the University of Denver Water Law Review and Phi Alpha Delta.
Tim joined the firm as a clerk in March of 2008 and was hired as an associate in November of 2009. Mr. Fiene’s practice focuses on defense of employment matters, workers’ compensation claims, construction defect claims and municipal matters. He is a member of the Colorado Defense Lawyers’ Association, as well as the American, Colorado, and Denver Bar Associations.
